The Touch Screen Kiosk can now operate on the iPad, making it more mobile and even easier to use throughout your facility as well as on the road at trade shows or other local events. Utilize this proven technology to grow your customer database in no time by eliminating common hang ups that often come with trying to obtain a golfer’s email address. A Touch Screen Kiosk is required for the iPad version to operate. Fore! Reservations does not provide the iPad itself, but the Marketing Team will assist you with installing the Web App on your device. Keep your kiosk at the golf shop counter, and use the iPad out on the course with your beverage cart or stationed at a hole during an outing. Analyze Your Recent Utilization Reports
February is a great time to look at your rounds performance from the past two previous seasons, and determine if your numbers show any trends that are worth paying attention to. Measuring the days and times when the most and the fewest rounds are played can help you make smart pricing decisions this year. To run a Utilization Report, in Fore! It’s also a good time of the year to run a variety of your Internet Rounds Performance Reports to measure your course’s online reservation activity. We recommend running your Internet Performance Report along with Affiliate Booking Reports, both of which are found on the Internet Dashboard.
Fore! Marketing Tip of the Month
Include an online survey in your Thank You Campaign to gather valuable customer feedback. Use a service like Survey Monkey by trying out the Basic Plan for FREE (includes a 10 question survey with up to 100 responses). If you find that you are receiving more than 100 responses per month, just upgrade to the Select Plan for $17/month. Learn what your customers think you are doing well at and areas that you can improve upon by implementing the Thank You Campaign with a customer survey. If you ran a customer survey this past season, look at your results and make any necessary adjustments.
