Spring is Here! Set your Staff Data Collection Policy

If you're "spring cleaning" your database and notice you're missing important customer information, consider setting a new staff policy to encourage better data collection. Inform your staff of the importance of collecting a customer's name, phone number, and email address when they make a reservation. Incentivize your staff with a reward if data is collected for a certain percentage of reservations. Insist your staff takes the ten extra seconds to collect customer data and watch your business benefit! We also recommend double-checking that customer information is being transferred correctly when tee times are booked online through a third-party integrator.

NEW Reports are Available in the Latest and Greatest Version
Users asked for a Comparative Sales Report and we listened! This new report provides a comparative analysis of dollar, unit quantity, and percentage change for time periods that you select (i.e. a specific date, week, month, or calendar year compared to last year). Also new is the Sales Item Impact Report which provides a financial impact summary by sales item. Find out how much total revenue comes from a birthday round or determine if a discounted tee time actually generates additional revenue from miscellaneous purchases like merchandise or food and beverage. To access the Comparative Report in Fore! Sell go to View | Reports | Comparative | Sales. To access the Sales Item Impact Report in Fore! Sell go to View | Reports | Sales | and select Sales Item Impact.

Activate the NEW Fore! Outing and Fore! Internet Today

You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 630-789-9784 for assistance on how to utilize this integration. We would also like to notify our Users that e-range is now PCI Compliant. Courses that install our PCI Compliant software version can continue to utilize e-range and maintain PCI Compliance of their POS system. (Range Servant is also PCI Compliant).

Did You Know? - Did you know the Birthday.xls spreadsheet can help you manage your Birthday Club? This spreadsheet lists customers by birth date for a date range you select (i.e. the month of April). This is useful for courses that want a check-off list at the golf shop counter to track if a customer redeemed his/her offer or to verify a birth date. In Fore!
